All our baked goods are handmade and prepared in a stone oven. It’s a process that requires time, but the result is well worth the wait.

We offer a selected range of rye and sourdough bread, as well as buns and pastries – and more. Our menu changes as we go, evolving with the seasons and the needs of our neighborhood. We work directly with small producers and farms locally to be able to provide you with the freshest goods possible.
